AI can hand hours back to your business. If you know where to look.

01 Use cases
What AI already does
for local businesses.
Concrete work, measured in hours saved — no magic, no gimmicks.
-
Impeccable Google reviews
Every review deserves a polished reply — that's what your future customers read, and Google takes it into account. AI drafts personalised replies in your tone; you approve, it's published.
-
Bookings & enquiries, sorted
Automatic confirmations, frequent questions handled, urgent requests flagged. Your phone stops ringing for "are you open on Sundays?".
-
Content without the blank page
Product descriptions, Instagram posts, the monthly newsletter, your menu translated into English: AI drafts a solid base in your style, you fine-tune it in two minutes.
-
Your numbers, finally readable
Website traffic, where customers come from, which dishes or products drive the business: a simple dashboard that answers the only real question — what's working?
What a lovely find! Impeccable service and the menu changes often. We'll definitely be back.
Suggested reply — awaiting your approval: Thank you so much, Camille! The menu moves with the market, and it means a lot that you noticed. See you very soon — we'll keep you a table by the glass roof
↳ how it works: replying to reviews with AI02 The approach
We start from your days,
not from trendy tools.
Step 1
Observe
One hour together going through your repetitive tasks: reviews, messages, content, paperwork. We pinpoint where your hours go — and which ones can be automated safely.
Step 2
Equip
I configure simple, proven tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a small custom automation connected to what you already use. Golden rule: AI drafts, you approve.
Step 3
Hand over
I show you how to use everything, with written instructions in plain language. The goal: it runs without me — and you can call me when needed.
I build websites and tools with AI every single day — it's my trade, not a recent discovery. That's also what lets me tell you honestly when AI is the right answer… and when it isn't. If the question is rather how to get recommended by AI, that's AI search optimization (GEO); and if your website itself deserves better, head to website creation and redesign.
03 FAQ
Frequent
questions.
I know nothing about AI. Is that a problem?
No — that's the usual starting point. My job is precisely to do the sorting for you: I look at how you work, identify what AI can genuinely save you, set up simple tools and show you how to use them. You don't need to understand the tech — that's my trade.
Which tasks can AI really automate?
The most common ones: replying to Google reviews with polished, personalised answers, sorting and confirming booking requests, drafting product descriptions, social posts and newsletters, and turning your numbers into a readable dashboard. It usually adds up to several hours recovered every week.
Which tools do you use?
The ones that fit your situation — not the trendy ones. Often assistants everyone knows (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) configured properly for your business, sometimes small custom automations connected to your existing tools. Always with one rule: simple, useful, and you stay in control of what gets published.
Will AI reply to my customers instead of me?
Only if you decide so, and never without guardrails. The principle: AI drafts, you approve. A review reply, a booking confirmation or a social post can be generated automatically, but your tone and your rules are respected, and you keep the final say on what goes out.
